After visiting Alfa for an entirely different car, I walked over to Lotus with 0 intention of buying anything. I let Marcio know this upfront and expected to be left unattended. Instead, I got the best (and I mean the BEST) experience I've ever had at any dealership. In my 14 years of buying cars, I've never had anywhere close to this level of care, interest, and genuine conversation. No one asked for a review, this is as sincere as it could be. After an introduction and a test drive of the Emira, I.. I simply felt compelled to speak highly of Marcio and the team at Lotus. What a day and now the standard of what I'll expect from a dealership that wants to earn my business.

The mechanic working on our car, Matt, has also done amazing work and we really appreciate everything this shop has done for us! Couldn’t recommend this place more!
